Zelda Louise (Meade) Rideout was born and raised in Cumberland, Maryland. She traveled a poor road leading to tribulations of physical, then mental abuse. By the grace of God, she was led to an open highway with many positive outlets. Zelda expressed her feelings of life experiences silently on paper, critically thinking and writing every thought. Her creativity through imagination runs wild as writing is her passion. Left to raise three beautiful girls, LaToya, Sumitra and Juakita, she relocated to Baltimore, Maryland (Charm City) for a more enriched life. Zelda learned a different world, a different lifestyle, city life! After that experience, she longed for peace and quiet in search of her roots, this led Zelda back to her hometown.
